Anyone else struggling with stress eating?

When I’m stressed or unhappy, I eat. Which makes me more stressed and unhappy. And this has been the most stressful two years of my life.

I start every day vowing to eat “right” but by the end of the day I just don’t care. I eat stuff I know is moving me further from my goals. But denying or “controlling’ myself just feels like more stress.

And no end in sight...

It’s been a rough couple of years. And if you’re waiting for things to get back to "normal," so that you can focus on your own health, you may be waiting a long time.

But no matter what is going on in the world...and no matter how long you've struggled with emotional eating, there is a path out of this destructive cycle.

You can stop stress eating...even when the stress won’t stop.

Instead of feeling overwhelmed by all the things that are beyond your control, you can create a small window of calm. And in that space, you’ll find strength (and solutions!) that may not feel available to you now.

Instead of eating your feelings, you can learn to take care of them.

And even if you don’t love every part of your life, you can feel so much better about the way you’re living it.

Hi,

I'm Monica

I’m a licensed nutritionist, behavior change coach and co-founder of the Weighless Program. I’ve helped hundreds of people create a healthier, happier relationship with food and their bodies—and finally break the cycle of stress and emotional eating.

If you've been struggling, I hope you'll join me.

Real Success Stories

"The program has been life changing. It has taught me building blocks for changes in habits, personality, personal expression, emotional processing and thinking that I have trying to work through for a long time!"

"I’m grateful to the program for halting my emotional binge eating, and for giving me the tools to analyze and troubleshoot my own habits and needs."

"There is simply no one who approaches this in the holistic way you do. It is direct and solid. I appreciate the honesty, the competence, direct access, and responsiveness."

"I'm an entirely different person. I feel so much lighter emotionally and spiritually. My mind isn't continually focused on food and there's an ease to it that I wasn't sure I'd ever have!"

How do I know this will work for you?

Because the process I’m going to guide you through will be unique to you.

I’ll help you pinpoint your triggers and identify exactly how and when your decision-making is getting hijacked—and help you rewire those behavioral circuits. We’ll start to break patterns that are creating more distress.

Best of all, when we stop using food to escape (or withstand) unpleasant situations and emotions, we can discover more constructive ways to get relief.

What will you get?

  •  Lifetime access to the five-part program to work through at your own pace.
  • A private coaching session with me to get personalized input, feedback, and coaching.
  • Finally, freedom from the shame and frustration of emotional eating.

Why now?

When we’re stressed (and who isn’t, right now?), taking care of ourselves often feels like a luxury that we just can’t afford.

But that's actually when it's most important to prioritize our own mental and physical health.

Taking steps to relieve our own suffering really does free us to contribute more to the larger challenges we are facing.

“You don’t have to wait for the world to be better before you make your life better—and by making your life better, you make the world better.”
